Cancellations Made by the Customer:
More than 30 days before the tour date: Full refund minus any non-refundable expenses (e.g., bank fees, third-party service costs).
15–30 days before the tour date: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Less than 15 days before the tour date: No refund.
Cancellations Made by Aiwa Egypt Travel:
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour, we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule for a different date.
To request a refund, please contact us at [your email address] with your booking details. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Entrance tickets to attractions.
Special event tickets.
Custom and personalized tours.
Any additional services or products listed as non-refundable at the time of booking.
Modifications: Changes to your booking (e.g., date changes) are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
Transfer of Booking: You may transfer your booking to another person if you notify us at least 15 days before the tour date. The new participant must meet all conditions for the tour.
